Term Timetable + Fees

Please note:

  • Statements for each term’s fee will be emailed to you before the beginning of the term.

  • Invoices are due in full before the first day of each term unless a payment plan has been arranged before the due date.

  • Fees are set for the term and based on an average 10-week term which may differ in length and some are longer or shorter.

  • Sessions missed will not be deducted.

  • Swimmers who start squad mid-term will be invoiced pro-rata with payment due once their enrolment is confirmed.

  • Credits can be arranged for illness or injuries where swimmers are absent for 3 weeks or more and their medical certificate is provided.

  • For swimmers who leave during the term, the fees are non-refundable.

  • Your enrolments will automatically roll over. If you wish to have term breaks or leave the Club, it is a requirement that you notify the Club in writing.
